Memŏro truly emerged as a cuvée wine, a blend of different grapes from different parts of Italy, coming from different vintages: the 12-month oak aging of Montepulciano from Abruzzo, the sun-kissed Nero d'Avola from Sicily, the freshest Merlot and Primitivo grapes partially dried in Apulia. The final blend was named Memŏro, Latin for "remember" which, in the fullest sense, refers to our Family's Italian pride.
