1 - User registration

To make purchases in our store you must be registered. Registration implies the filling, only once, of a form with your personal data, choosing at the time a password that you must keep confidential.

After registration you can make purchases and check the status of orders.

2 - Make purchases

Purchases are made through the Add button present on the sheet of each product. As soon as you click on this, the product is added to your shopping cart, which you can access through the respective link.

After choosing the products you must then open the Shopping Cart or press the Order button, where you can delete products or rectify quantities.

After this procedure you can then complete your order by following the step-by-step instructions. You will receive at the end the confirmation by e-mail, accompanied by the details of the order, as well as the instructions for payment where applicable.

In the Products>Orders menu you can review or track the status of your order at any time.


3 - Payment

All orders to be sent by carrier, or whenever requested by our services, will only be shipped after confirmation of payment, according to the method chosen. This can be done by cheque, bank transfer or payment of services at Multibanco.
Orders picked up at our facilities can still be paid in cash or by ATM.

4 - Change of orders

You can make changes to orders through the contact area, and you should always mention the order number. If the order has already been shipped, it will be impossible to proceed with the change.


5 - Shipping and shipping

Orders are shipped on the working day immediately following the order, provided that the products are available for delivery, and after confirmation of payment.

The shipment is made by means of the choice of Bem Vinhos, which may be CTT, other carriers or delivery by hand.

All orders have a shipping cost of 10 euros to mainland Portugal, regardless of the number of products purchased or the amount of the order. This value includes insurance.

6 - Notes

The appearance of the products may vary in relation to the images contained on our website, depending on the manufacturer. The description and characteristics of the products may vary without notice. Customers with pending orders will be notified in case of error or change of the product.

In case of return, the customer will be responsible for all expenses related to the transport of the goods already made so far, as well as the return to our facilities. A Bem Vinhoswill not accept products that are not in the original packaging or that are not accompanied by all possible accessories and in perfect working order. All returns must be agreed in advance with our services.
