TASTING NOTES: Intense golden-yellow color, pronounced and elegant aroma, with the freshness and fruit so characteristic of Alvarinho, but with the nuances of wood.
In the mouth it is full-bodied and complex.

The Reserve had its origin in an experience when, in 1995, Soalheiro was one of the first to experience the junction of Alvarinho to French oak. After much experimentation, in 2006 we developed the style of Reserva that exists to this day. This wine reveals Alvarinho in all its essence, without the influence of the wood used masking the characteristics of this grape variety.
The barrel nuances are very well integrated, complementing Alvarinho's aromatic profile while adding a new dimension of structure and complexity.
